Step into an evening of powerful storytelling as ATC presents Love Is…, a trio of short plays that explore love in all its messy, beautiful forms. Under the direction of acclaimed theater artists Shaunda McDill, Mark Clayton Southers, and Dominique Briggs, ATC’s Teen and Professional Ensembles deliver raw,
captivating performances filled with depth and humanity. Featuring the work of celebrated Black playwrights Monteze Freeland, a.k Payne, and Michael Curry, these compelling stories navigate companionship, forgiveness, and self-discovery. More than just a performance, Love Is… is a tribute to Black artistry—our rich traditions, fearless innovation, and undeniable influence in shaping the future of theater.
Appropriate for ages 14+. Children under 8 will not be admitted.
